This morning, my yoga instructor, Lori, greeted class participants with hugs as they were preparing for class. After I recieved mine, I thanked her, and let her know that I thought it was wonderful of her to make her way around the room like that. She was spreading the Joy! I looked around and noticed the whole room was smiling!
Ahhh, the power of a hug.
